one way speech between CS1K and ITG card

Hi
I have just upgraded a meridian 25 to CS1K 5.5 and all is well except the IP trunks to remote site have oneway speech. Remote site is still Meridian 25.40 with ITG 3.01.60 card and site CS1K 5.5 CPPM SS. Can you help please.

are all patches in place? i would do a stare and compare between the two builds to insure all prompts match
