Hi
We're running Small Business Server 2003 and XP Pro Workstations. One user is having problems printing (to a networked printer – there isn’t a local printer). When they click File>Print, it takes a long time for the Print Dialog box to appear, or sometimes says the printer is not responding. This seems to be a problem with all Programs (Word, Internet Explorer, Notepad, etc...).
This problem is also specific to the user, regardless of which client PC they log on to. All other users do not experience this problem (including while logged on to the Problem User's PC).
I have tested renaming the shared Profile Folder (and removing the local one) so that a new profile is created for the user. This fixed the problem but her profile would be lost, so I have renamed it back.
So it is definitely something within the Profile Itself.
Any Ideas what I should delete from the profile to reset this?
Thanks
