One User not Receiving Email

Hi All,

Using Exchange server 2003. One user is not receiving outside email. He is using outlook 2003. But also not able to receive email thru our Outlook Web Access. I have checked his settings for delivery and storage. They are all set well above what he could receive. Any and all suggestions welcome!

Check his smtp address is in AD. Check if bridgehead is set to disallow emails to him.
