My customer has the old Verical 820 with card slots. I moved it for him, and now he says he does not have the one touch intercom buttons on all extensions. Any one have the quick easy way to set this up??

Thank you..

I have quick reference guides on my website for Merlin Plus. Look for programming Auto-intercom buttons. Also, it sounds like the backup battery in the memory module has died and should be replaced. I think Mike Sandman has these.

its not the memory modual that died..its the battery inside
the mod that has excided its shelf life....pull the cover off
the mod and see what type batt it is, then go to the internet
and purchase a new one...you know the rest.

...I just confirmed your "it sounds like" thought.

Brian, I went to your site, and was not able to find instructions??
Can anyone please just post me quick tip on how to set the intercom buttons?

Thank you..

Click on Reference Guides, then click on Merlin Plus R1 or R2.

Pull the switch down to P, touch the button to be programmed, dial *91 + the intercom number. Touch the next button, etc. Put the switch back in the normal position when finished.
