One to Many without Repeating Rows

I’m building a MS Access Report by connect the two tables in a query without repeating the Information from Table 1

Account Num | Numb_Calls
123456789 | 2
987654632 | 5

Table 2
Account Num | Action
123456789 | Looks Good
123456789 | Remove
123456789 | Pass

Query
123456789 | 2 | Looks Good
123456789 | 2 | Pass

But still show the
123456789 | 2 | Looks Good
| Pass

You really need to tell us what logic you want to use to choose a single record from Table 2.

Is it random, Min, Max, or what?
Why would you have 2 records for 123456789 and why Looks Good and Pass?

Why not Remove?

And why is 987654632 not included (is it because it's not in table 2)?

There is no first, second, third, etc in queries unless you can tell us how the order is determined. Records are like marbles in the back of a pickup truck going down a bumpy road. Don't assume the marbles will be in the same order you loaded them into the truck box.

Andy yes. That’s what I'm trying to get.

I'm playing around with the grouping and sorting on the report function now trying to see that that's what I need to do

I got it!

I made the queries into tables and make a relationship between the two tables then just played with the grouping and sorting a little and got it to work.
