I have a site that has a single switch (without tenant partitioning) connected to a CMS. For security above and beyond assigning VDN and Skill level permissions in a single CMS; the user wants to know if there is any way we can segment certain data ranges into a second ACD on a CMS. I have done multiple switches into a single CMS box with multiple ACD partitions but is there such a thing as a single switch going into multiple ACDs on a CMS?

You could send data to 2 different CMS servers (depending on your PBX release) which leads me to believe you should be able to send it to different ACD's on 1 box. It no good for you though since there's no way to limit which data goes to which ACD. All measured skills/vdns/etc will be captured by both boxes/ACD's which will be the exact same issue you have today.
