Hi

We are running CM 3.1.2 and have Modular Messaging connected via IP trunking/QSIG. We are wanting to use Audix One-Step Recording by administering the "audix-rec" button on stations.

I have some questions:

1. Can we put the MM trunk group in the "MCT Voice Recorder Trunk Group" field in 'change system-parameters features' form and it will work like a call recorder when someone presses the MCT button?

2. With the 'audix-rec' button, we are noticing an approx 5 second delay before MM starts recording the call, is there any way to shorten this?

3. We are limited quite severely by the number of licences we have for subscribers in MM. Is it possible to create a group mailbox that is shared by a lot of extensions, and any 'audix-rec' recordings will go into that mailbox? Or will this still use up licences?

Appreciate any responses.

Thanks

Nick

I cannot help w/ question #1.. sorry
but for #2..
you can shorten it through system-parameters features, page 7
Code:
AUDIX ONE-STEP RECORDING
                            Recording Delay Timer (msec): 100
Apply Ready Indication Tone To Which Parties In The Call? none

As for licenses,, I do not know,, I thought it just used the VM of the user,,, so I do not believe you would need additional licenses...
