Hi

I have a single POP account that receives all mail for the domain, how do configure Excahnge to collect the mail and look at the recipient name and automatically forward to the correct users mailbox?

Thanks
Daire

Look at GFI utilities, they have a POP2EXCHANGE adapter that should do this.

I'm not aware of the POP3Exchange connector doing that. All the POP2Exchange does is pop individual POP3 accounts to individual Exchange accounts.

If you have all mail going to a single POP3 mailbox, then the recipient is the same for all email, correct?

You'd be better off just having the mail delivered directly to the Exchange server, or, if you must, configure separate POP3 mailboxes, then use POP2Exchange to grab it.

Thanks guys but I have it sorted.

With a single POP connector you can change the delivery type from a mail box to a global mailbox and then specify the domain name. exchange then strips off the recipient name before the @domainname.com and delivers it automatically to the correct mailbox.

Thanks

PopBeamer usually works well for me. It's cheap, reliable and easy to configure.
