MICS 6.2 --> BCM50 Interface?

amongst others. I think I'm looking for something similar, but not necessarily exactly like anything so far. The Citel products would handle some cases too, but not enough.

I would like to find a way to add in a VoIP system piggy-backed on the existing MICS/7.1/PRI system. There's a 4.1 voicemail and Minuet ACD as well. I'd like to find a way to offer the retention of investment in much of the system (phones and such) but add IVR, a more-featured ACD and and other common VoIP features. I have a bench system (MICS/7.0/T1/StarTalkFlash) to test.

One approach I've considered is to move all incoming calls onto the VoIP system and then route calls to the MICS based on the DN. This would also allow the users the ability to SIP or softphone while not in the office and if they have no SIP session active the call routes to their Norstar desk DN.

Has anyone done anything like this?

Thanks,
