one last time-SPDIF on HiFi system and computer

One last time I am asking this question because I am going to buy the sound card and the HiFi system very soon.

If I had a SPDIF on my HiFi system and one on my sound card, I will be able to record whatever is played on the HiFi onto the computer and then make my only CD copy (of course with the proper software).

Sorry I can't give a full answer but you haven't given full details.

You must have a S/PDIF input on your audio card for that to work...
