I want add one hunt group 102 to 240 agents how can i do it ?

If you have CMS you can add it to 50 agents at a time.

Otherwise you can export all of the agent IDs using ASA. Open the file in Excel, add the skill and skill level to the proper field for all the agents, then import it back in.

Provided the agents have the same skills, you can use the Agent Administration | Change Agent Skills to add the skill.

You can pull up one agent, add the skill and apply the agent's skilling to a list of agents.
