Hi,

Im running E2K on W2k. One of the computer(my boss's) cannot send email to a certain domain @paychex.com. I can send from any other computer on the network it's just his that does not work. I've checked his DNS and placed the address in the "safe sender/recipient" list. He is running O2K3.

Thanks

Does he receive an NDR? If so, what are the details?

Do you have Message Tracking turned on? If so, details on these particular messages?

Could it be that outlook cached a bad email address and everytime he types in the address it autocompletes to the bad address?

Hi,
Yes outlook could have cached a bad mail address or your boss may be sending mail from the wrong account.
To delete the cached mail address file, close outlook.
Open windows explorer, go to tools, folder options-make sure you can view all files, hidden files and protected OS files.
Next search for all files with the extension .NK2
delete the file with the same name as the Outlook profile.
Restart outlook. This will create a new cache.
If this does not resolved the issue ensure your boss is sending mail with his exchange account.
