Onchek error

When we run oncheck -cDI <sid>:<tablename> we get the following error:

Could not bfget pagenum 59eac0, iserrno 0
Not owner

What does this error mean? How do we fix this kind of problem?

This is probably a totally dumb question, but are you signed on as Informix?
