Onboard sound for a MSI KT3 Motherboard...

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to disable the onboard sound for this motherboard. I saw the Compaq thread and it reminded me of my problem. I have already looked in the manual and haven't found a thing... so I was wondering if any of you have an idea. Thanks.

It's normally done either in BIOS, with a MB jumper, or by disabling it in Device Manager.
And sometimes it just automatically disables when a sound card is installed.

The MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU is a jumper-free motherboard, so look around in your bios for your on board sound the Realtek AC'97 I beleave and diable it.
