on screen Keyboard

Dear All :
I need a software which show me a virtual keyboard on screen ..
so that when I press any key in my physical keyboard , it appears on the virtual keyboard..

any help ?

No , I need to monitor keyboard keypress ..
so that when I press M Ky for example in my real Keyboard ..
the virtual keyboard on the screen highlight M Key ..

This is a good program ,,
But I need the sofware to be on-screen keyboard ..
so that when I opened teh NotePad for example ..
and press M ,, the M will be written in the NotePad , and at the same time , it will be highlighted in the Virtual Keyboard ...

You would need to write a driver to intercept keyboard input for that, because it is not possible for two apps (ie Notepad and your keyboard program) to have focus simultaneously.
