On screen: Down is top and top is down ! 2

Can be a virus who reversed the screen in this manner ?
So image is with 180 degree rotated. ... very strange ...

Common problem. Read the instructions of the video board or monitor. They both have a "rotate" setting, someone has "rotated" a setting!

There often is a keyboard sequence to rotate the display:
Ctrl + AltGr + (then the up, down, left, or right arrow keys)
-or-
Ctrl + Alt + (then the up, down, left, or right arrow keys)
