On my Intuity system, i received the following alarm. Can anyone tell me if this is this as serious as it sounds, or just a harmless mistake from a user?

08/07/03 13:41 VM ADM_lpba 1 Break-in Attempt Audix Main, xXXXX from xXXXX

I checked the activity log for this user and it just shows that the usr had 4 new msgs and deleted them at the time of the alarm.

It means someone did not enter the right password for the mailbox. check the first page to see if it has been locked.

Although you can change the number of attempts, a user has X amount of chances to enter the correct password until his or her Intuity mailbox is locked. At that point, an administrator with the correct permissions must unlock the box. As Ken said, it's on the first page.

You'll get that alarm after anyone has an unsuccessful attempt. On the same token, it could actually be someone trying to guess the user's password.

Thanks for your help guys. Thought that might be it, but wanted some other opinions.
