Thats what I thought, just had a service consultant tell the customer the limit was 200, and even if she was thinking conf. channels it still didnt add up since we have 8 conf/tds cards at 30 channels a piece. Even if you are out of conference channels you should be able to put a call on hold they just won't hear the music.
Just wanted to make sure she didn't know what she was talking about before I said anything.
