On Boading-Issue uploading the file

Hi

Avaya have sent me the xml file to upload via web manager but whatever browser I use I get the same error message which is failed to load xml file

Ive downloaded the file three times and still the same issue

Any ideas

Use only FireFox to upload the XML file, IE or Google does not work.
