On Another Call feature?

We recently switched from a Nortel BCM to an IP500 and really miss having the feature where it told the internal calling party that the person they are calling is on another call. Is there an equivalent feature for IP Office?

in each user have only 2 call apperances & Set Busy Last CA

when ringing a user on the phone you will get either busy tone or Voicemail
 
Indeed, that is one of the steps to implementing what I was suggesting, except you would have an prompt that they were busy with the option to leave voicemail (for internal calls only) :)

Or use Phone manager, they you can se the state of the user before calling
 
Or one-x portal or a blf button on a phone.

vmpro-lots of work

build a HG with the user as the only member and vm on and queuing on. Use ICR to route DID to HG instead of user. Build start point for HG.queued and add generic action. Record the message.
