OLP downloading

I just picked up a new customer that what me to do a major MAC remotely C. I was able to gain access with I-RAD and back up the database. Now I would like to import the data or download the database into the OLP work book.

That is the question. How do I download the database into the OLP workbook.

I am able to go through the whole prosess of creating the workbook but when I ask it to do an acqisition no windows open open up to proceed with the acquisition as the book says.
