Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I have an MICS with 7.0 software. When I program the OLI to be a ten-digit 800 number for my call center phones they are unable to complete a call on the outgoing PRI-A line pool. They receive a dialtone and are able to dial the outgoing number but then it reverts back to dialtone and doesn't complete the call. If I clear the OLI or configure it to be the main company number or their DID number it works correctly.

I have also tried to program ten '0's in the OLI field with the same results of not completing the call.

I need to have the OLI number be the 800 number so that callers will call back on that number and enter the call center queue and not call back on the DID or main company number.

This is something your provider will have to allow. If you program your OLI with a number that does not match what they show as part of your trunk group then they block the call. You might want to also test your External Call Forward and see if it goes through or not.

Your telco provider can set all COLP presentations from that PRI to be a particular number. Of course, it will be be there on all outbound calls.

Your telco also should be able to set the translations up on their end to allow that 800# to pass for you individual OLIs
