I insert an OLE object (both PDF and Word Doc) of my terms and conditions and the report only shows the first page of the document or pdf. Why is that?

I'm not sure OLE objects can cross pages. Instead, try copying and pasting your terms and conditions into a text box. Then stretch the text box in design mode until it accommodates the entire text--which will cross pages.

I had a same problem before. I'm still trying to figure out how I can get word document to show all pages. I can expand the OLE object in the report but it shrinks back to the original size. Let me know if you find the solution.

lbass, yeah i was afraid of that. I can copy the text thats no problem, but there was some nifty formatting in the header and footer of the doc that I lose, but this may have to work).

That or taking a screen shot of each page and pasting the imeages separately.
