Old IPO 406V2 w/4.1 software Name in Display vs Time in display

Ok its been awhile since 4.1 and I picked up a new client and don't remember how to fix this problem.
On some of the 5410 phones it shows name of user and not the time and date. And on some phones it shows only the time and date. I added a button to goggle time and day to all phones. And the users the showed the names in the display push the button and the time shows up. The other users that didn't show the names still don't. Regardless if the button is pushed or not. How do I get the names to be displayed on the users phones. Under Users I have the Name field filled in and the Full Name field filled in and still some of the users do not display the names. Can't remeber how to fix this but back in the day I kinda remember they had a fix. (Yeah I know it was software upgrade)

you need a "time of day" button on those phones to make that work

You will find the handsets not displaying properly need to have their firmware upgraded

ouch forgot that they might not have upgraded

they should be on R5.0 for the 4.1 IPO firmware
you can either reboot the phone then it will display if it is still 2.0 or press one of the middle buttons underneath the display and then Option and Self Test to show it.
