We are a small restaurant and have a pretty old Aloha 5.04.
For some reason when I try to open reports, such as labor report or sales report, i click on it, but nothing happens.
Not sure what to do. I know that several years ago, we had the same problem, when Aloha would not open the sales reports at all. I called customer service and they told me to move some of the old files to a different directory and it worked. Unfortunately i don't recall what was the name of the directory or files that i have to move.
