OLAP Cubes / Analysis Manager - help with Time dimension

I am looking for help with SQL Server Analysis Manager.

In the past I have used Cognos Transformer (off of Access) for creating cubes. They had a feature to create "running time dimension", such as 12 month running totals, or 3 month running totals.

I am now trying to change over to SQL Server and want to use the Analysis Manager to create my Cubes. However, I am new to this and this feature is not built in and I don't know how to go about creating a 12 month rolling/running time dimension.

Any help would be appreciated.
