User X has access to user Y's calendar. For user X to view/add/delete/modify user Y's calendar, user X has to select File | Open | and then selects user Y calendar. User X doesn't not use thier own calendar for anything, and User X is wondering if somehow we can default the calendar icon in the folder list to open User Y's calendar, and not X's calendar.

I guess I am not sure how to do this, so I am wondering if anyone else know how....if it is even possible.

Thanks.

In Outlook - here's where you need to go.

Click Tools, then Services
Select Microsoft Exchange Server
Click Properties
Advanced Tab
"Open these additional mailboxes"
Click Add
Type user's name
Click OK

This will allow user Y to open any folder that user X has given user Y permission to (like the calendar).

Let me know if this helps or not. cgwillard
