OL 2003 How to download email text without attachments?

Hi all,

I want know if there is a way to download emails with attachments - without the attachments, only the email text?

I tried, but in the send/receive settings I can only find
the choice between headers only and headers only for attachments bigger then xx kb. What I need is the download of the email text without the attachments not only the headers.

You can write a macro to do what you want but it is not a simple straight forward task since it involves some programming skills.

Are you up for a challenge or just seeking a simple quick solution?
