OL 2003, Additional mailbox: From field and signature

If you are reading an additional mailbox and sending from
it (and you are logged in in your own mailbox), how can
you automatically have the additional mailbox' signature
and name in the From field. And of course if you are in
your on Inbox, you yourself should be the sender and you
should have your own signature.
And is it possible to have sent mail in additional
mailbox' Sent items if you send a mail while you are in
its Inbox?

In Outlook, if you go to Tools, Options, Mail Format tab, at the bottom of this dialog you can select different accounts and create different signatures for each account.

I'm almost certain you cannot get a copy of the Sent Email into a third party's Sent Items folder because they haven't sent it. The best you can do is to CC or BCC the third party's account so that they have a record of the email. You could then use rules to filter them into a separate folder.

I couldn't figure out how to do it. Should it be possible to select different account in same profile? I have only MS Exchange server to select, nothing else. And if I make the signature for different accounts in corresponding profile, the signature is always the same, it doesn't change depending on the account.
I found tips telling you should be able to do it if you have Word as editor, but it didn't help either.

This has to be done at Exchange level because it involves give you permissions to share another user account. I'm not an Excange administrator, so cannot help. Try
