The incoming call changes the time on the system. We just moved a system to a new provider and the caller ID info from the provider changes the clock on the phones. I reset the time on the system and the clock keeps the right time until a new call comes in and the time changes to become 7 hours exactly ahead. I told the provider to fix it but they said not their problem. This system has CID cards not PRI. Was wondering how to disable this in software? I know on the Avaya Partner ACS R8.0 you can turn this feature off and on but does the Nortel have that?
