I have several users at my location who use offline files to bring files with them when traveling. If they enable offline files and actually select a directory from the network to have offline access, after about 10 minutes the network disconnects and the only access they have is the offline folder, no other mapped locations are accessible.
If we turn off the offline files, then all is well and the disconnect does not occur. I have tried searching for this on the net an have only found something similar but applied to servers only. Can anyone lead me in the direction to resolve this or assist?

Are there any clues in either the Client or Server from the Event Viewer as to a possible cause?

Losing Network Connection / Mapped Drives

None of those address the issue I am having. No red X appears for the mapped drives, the offline files are always online and never go away.
