Offline Address Book

When users are attempting to download the address book they do not receive \Global Address Book as an option.

They only get \Italy\Recipients.

I thought his was a problem with the DS Site configuration as they did not have the GAL listed.

They have since added the GAL but users are still not getting the full address as an option.

Is there another step required?

Is there a schedule to generate the OAB? Have you tried regenerating it manually?

I have managed to get theGAL now to show.

But I keep downloading the address list but nothing shows for the user when they are offline.

I was wondering if there any other fields to select to allow them to view the offline address book.
