OfficeStyler T10 Found at Startup

I was working on a friend's computer, and whenever it boots up, the New Hardware Wizard pops up and says it found a new device called "OfficeStyler T10"

There is no device called "OfficeStyler T10" connected to the computer, and there has never been anything called OfficeStyler T10 connected to the computer.

Any ideas what this is all about? Nothing shows up in Device Manager.

He's running Windows XP - ALL critical updates & patches have been installed.
