Is there a way to get new mail in Outlook XP to not go to the bottom when it comes in. In Outlook 2003 it makes live easier but my friend wants to know a way to make it Oulook XP, when she gets mail it goes all over the inbox some on top and some at the bottom and so on . I know there is a way but i am having a brain lock at the moment

In the list at the right, there are headings, such as Received, From, and Subject.
Just click the Received heading *button*.
If today's messages don't come to the top, hit it again.
You can sort by whatever you want by clicking on the heading...
