I have a multilingual client (English/Dutch) with a Dutch keyboard.

Some users report that when they are using Office XP, the keyboard settings revert from Dutch to US. Some users report this within Outlook, other within Word or Powerpoint.

I have found the following article and applied the patch mentioned, but it doesn't address the issue

Any ideas where to look?

Do you need the language bar for those users?
If not, set it to the correct layout and remove the other layouts in Control panel - Regional Settings.
Is it the lamguage Dutch (Netherlands or Belgium)?

If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.

We have a number of users that use a "standard" US keyboard instead of a Dutch keyboard. For those users, we have included the US keyboard layout as well in our client image.

Again, if the other layout is not needed, remove it and that will solve your problem.
