In Office XP when opening an e-mail and then deleting the e-mail I automatically jump to next unopened e-mail. Is there anyway to stop the automatic jump to next unopened e-mail? Thanks

Hello. Go to Tools-Options-and click on the E-mail Options Button. The first thing under "Message Handling" says "After moving or deleting an open item" and it gives you three options: Return to Inbox, Open Previous Item or Open Next Item. It defaults to Open Previous Item. Most people prefer Return to Inbox, so they can pick where they go next. I agree, it's very annoying to jump to the next or previous e-mail.
