Office XP, SP3 (on Windows XP SP2)
We have a custom template that prompts for 2 fields of input ("Town Name" and "Municipality Type") - One of my users enters the requested information, clicks "OK" and the merge doesn't happen to the template. The 2nd document opens minimized in the task bar, and the field codes are still visible (rather than the merged data).
This template works for all my other users, just not this one computer (even if I log on administratively, still doesn't work).
I uninstalled & reinstalled Word. I repaired the installation, nothing ... any ideas?
