Office shapes

For some reason I am not able to have autoshapes on my PC. I have tried to call them up by going to toolbars and drawing but even though a tick is accepted against its name nothing appears to be changed in Office.

The toolbar may be appearing off-screen - or it's possible that all the buttons have been removed from the toolbar. First try to Reset the toolbar. Then temporarily change your desktop resolution to something higher. eg, if you're running at 800x600, change it to 1024x768. Hopefully the toolbar will appear - you can then move it into a safe place, and change the resolution back again.
