Office closing

I have microsoft office 2000, and I recently had a problem with it. Everytime i open any program from office(Word, excel,..) it automatically closes after a couple of seconds. Any soultions....

That happened after I downloaded AutoCad2002, I don't want to uninstall either programs... Thanks
