Office 2000 - PowerPoint

I have a user who has a Laserjet 4000 attached to her CPU. Whenever she attempts to print in PowerPoint, it will only print out 1 page no matter how many she asks for. This only happens in PowerPoint and not in Word, Excel, etc.

Has anyone had this type of problem and if so, how did you get around it? I've downloaded the latest printer driver but still can only print one page.

Have you checked that the Print Range is set to All and not Current Page ?

i usually adjust the printer memory when this happens. also, printer must NOT print in economode.
