Hi,

I have 2 site I want to backup the data from one site to another (real-time if poss).

the aim is to have a copy of our data at the opposite site for disaster recovery.

can anyone recommend a product to do this?

or any advice?

How large is the data?

What type of data is it?

How is your Network from site A to site B?

Hi,

The sites are link via a VPN connection 2mb lines at each site.

There will be approx - 120gb data site A and 60gb data at site B.

I would only want to synchronise the changes.

Thanks,

M

You don't say if you are wanting failover capabilities or just backup.

For backup it could simply be a case of having backup storage at both locations and making copies over to the secondary site dependant on the backup software you use.

If you are wanting failover then you are looking at replication , choices vary dependant on what kind of budget you have....nice explanation here
For software examples take a look at;
