I have a NAM with Norstar Voice Mail 4.0. I am trying to set up off premise notification to a phone but the only choice I get when I come to Destination: is Ext. The class of service is 1 and I have pool A selected as the Outdial Route for this box. What else do I have to address to enable this feature?
