Off-PBX Feature Name Extension Not Working

This feature USED to work in this customer's PBX because I've used it (I have a VPN hardphone extension off of this PBX on my desk at home). EC500 works fine, but the remote FNE features via DID do not work ... as a matter of fact, the log simply goes on and on and on ... Below is an attempt to activate "Call Forward All" via the FNE extension x72639. The DID translations work fine and I can see the number come is as a "feature name extension" in the trace, but all it does is repeat until timeout without activating the feature.

The FNE codes are for your ec500 cell number to turn features off and on for the related ec500 pbx station.

You must use FNE codes from your cell to affect features that are for your ec500 voice terminal station. You need the forwarding extension destination digits after the code. If the ec500 extension is forwarded, the cancel code should work without destination digits.

What are you dialing for the posted trace? Where is this call originated? (from a cell phone using ec500 on the pbx)
