OEM version of XPro

Hi, i would like to purchase a copy of an OEM XPpro o/s, along with my computer (i will built myself) since its like 150 bucks cheaper. Should i have anything to worry about?
All i know is that it's cheaper 'cause i am buying new hardware with it.
Can someone clarify this for me, please?

Same software, cheaper price, maybe less fancy packaging & documentation but the software is definately the same.

A couple of other differences:

OEM - no support from MS because you're supposed to get support from the OEM builder.

OEM can't be moved to another computer, like the retail version [theoretically] can.
