OE Exception error

I intermittantly get the following error message when I am tying to access a word document on the network:

OE 0028:C003AQ598 in VXDVREDER (01)+00002878 from 0028C003DBFC in VXDVREDER 01+0000SEDC.

does anyone know what this means.

I have had no new installations (hardware or software)
