ODBC S1000 Error accessing memo fields

I've been running CF 3.1 using Paradox databases for years, no problem. Got a new server IIS5/W2000 with CF 4.5.1 and now anytime I try to access or display a large memo field from one of the Paradox databases I get an S1000 general error, unexpected error from external database driver (28610).

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Administrator for the driver's Advanced Settings. There is a restriction on "long text" or memo field files that you may need to adjust.
