ODBC Client on CMS Server

Our CSR manager wants to use a software called Workforce Management. I have been told that I need to have ODBC Client turned on in the CenterVu CSM Server. Its a RTU anyone know about this. The Workforce Management connects to our VPN that CMS sever is on to get its data. Wisdom is Knowledge

What workforce management software will you be using? Many of the available packages don't actually require the ODBC drivers to be installed as you can quite easily design a custom report to pull all the required data from and use a standard scheduling package to export the data to the required location.
If you definetly need the ODBC drviers then I think they are about £1000 (GBP) to buy and you should contact your local vendor.
