Please help me I Wrote a code in Access2000 and then converted the dbase to Access97, I now need the comdlg32.ocx file for an activeX Control, please could any one help me?

I need to import a *.Txt file, but I want access to open the file when I click on a Command Button - can anyone help me with that code?
