Running a G34 system with Octel 250 voice mail.
Sometimes the Octel quits sending the code to the voice mail system to light the led. I verify this with the CDR function in the Octel system. The only way I have been able to "fix" this problem is to delete the voice mailbox and reconfigure it.
I tried turning off the option to light (or not light) the led on the octel configuration for the mail box but this does not help.
Octel tech support tells me this happens when people do not "*" out of their voice mailbox. When I tell them I never "*" out of mine and it has never happed they do not have an answer.
Anyone run into this problem.
Also happens sometimes on a newly configured vm box also.
