Octel extended absent greeting will not go away but has been Deleted

HI, I have a caller that had left an extended absent greeting back in December, and once she got back from vacation she deleted it
" you have an extended absent message to delete your extended absent greeting press 1 , to save it press 2 "
The user pressed 1 and deleted it and it defaulted back to her original greeting. The user is saying that some callers are getting her old extend absence greeting from back in December. I have called her phone number 20 timed in a row to see if I hear the old extended absent greeting but I still have not heard it, but I know that some people are still getting the message randomly… should I change her COS or something. your thoughts

Sounds like it's the user if the problem cannot be repeated. Worst case, monitor for another week, if it still persists, tell the user to check all messages then just delete and rebuild the mailbox. 30 second fix.
